Welcome to Top's Ten, a program that seeks out successful and influential people in politics and government, the many professions, the Physical and Social Sciences, or the Arts and Humanities, and asks them to reveal their lives, ideas, and ideals, through their playlist.
Our format is simple: we ask our guest what 10 or so pieces of music mean the most to them, and to tell us the story behind the infatuation.
Top's Ten is hosted by Dr. David Perlmutter and is a production of KTXT-FM and the College of Media & Communication at Texas Tech University.
New episodes of Top's Ten will air on KTXT-FM at Noon on Sundays, with a repeat broadcast airing Monday afternoon at 5 p.m.
