Austin Police Chief Brian Manley issued the alert Monday after a teen was killed when a parcel bomb went off in the morning hours inside a home. A second explosion happened just before noon Monday in East Austin, sending an elderly woman to the hospital. Texas Governor Greg Abbott is offering a 15-thousand-dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible.
