(Washington, DC) — The chairman of the committee investigating last year’s Capitol attack has COVID. Mississippi Democrat Bennie Thompson said he’s dealing with mild symptoms. His diagnosis comes two days before the panel is holding a primetime hearing to further examine the Capitol riot. Thompson noted he’s fully vaccinated and boosted.
