Texas to challenge legality of DACA

Texas is joining eight other states in challenging the legality of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. 

This is not the first attempt to end the Obama-era program, which offers deportation protections to immigrants who were 30 or younger when it was announced. 

These nine states will ask a federal court to declare the program illegal tomorrow.
