Charley Pride dies in Dallas of COVID-19

Country music fans are mourning the death of legendary singer Charley Pride.

The country music star passed away in Dallas yesterday due to complications from COVID-19. 

He was 86. 

Pride is known for his many chart-topping hits in the 1970s including “Kiss an Angel Good Mornin.'” 

The Texas Rangers were among the many to express their sadness of Pride’s death as the team tweeted its condolences.
