El Paso County Judge Ricardo Samaniego says Governor Greg Abbott hasn’t responded to his request to halt El Paso’s reopening.
A week ago Judge Samaniego asked for the Governor to make an exception to his reopening from the coronavirus shut down orders to the El Paso area.
Judge Samaniego says he’ll wait to see if the Governor says anything about El Paso in his address expected to be delivered this afternoon.
