Gov. Greg Abbott says the latest coronavirus numbers indicate that the pandemic may be slowing down in Texas.
Abbott stated at a news conference on Monday that hospitalizations are down over the last three days, along with the growth in new cases and the number of deaths.
He said the numbers come with “red flags,” but if these trends keep up, then they’ll indicate that the state is headed in the right direction.
