Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo says the county now has a web page to counter fake news about the spread of the coronavirus.
Hidalgo says the rumor control web page was developed with the cooperation of Harris County Public Health, and is available on ReadyHarris-dot-org.
Officials say there are no confirmed cases of coronavirus in the county. Harris County Public Health is working closely with state and federal health agencies to monitor the outbreak.
