An El Paso shooting suspect and a Border Patrol K9 are dead following a raid and a shooting.
Police say a 62-year-old started shooting at law enforcement after they served a search warrant early yesterday morning at a home on Capricorn Drive.
The Border Patrol Tactical Unit K9 named Bulder was hit and killed by the suspect’s bullets before FBI, Border Patrol, and ATF agents returned fire.
The ATF says the raid was done because the suspect was dealing and making firearms without a license.
Two women were inside at the time but no other injuries were reported.
