Health officials are warning Texans about a misbranded chicken product.
A health alert was issued Friday for chicken soups by Canyon Creek Soup Company after complaints of allergic reactions.
The H-E-B Meal Simple Butter Chick Soup products contain wheat and soy, but those ingredients are not listed on the label.
The best-by date on the misbranded soups is January 21st, 2020.
The soup is made in Canada and shipped to stores throughout the United States, including Texas.
