A six-month construction project is about to get underway on Common Street in New Braunfels.
Starting November 7th, the city will conduct road repairs and upgrade pedestrian accommodations on about a mile of Common between Gruene Road and Sundance Parkway.
The project will involve traffic lane shifts between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. every day.
The Common Street project will cost about 925-thousand-dollars, funded by a voter-approved 2013 bond issue.
It’s scheduled to be finished by next April.
