The All-Star Paul George will make his Clippers debut during his team’s road trip later this week, a source told ESPN’s, Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Clippers will travel to Houston to play the exciting duo of James Harden and Russell Westbrook on Wednesday night. Although the team has not announced what PG13 will play in, sources also say that he is likely to play this Thursday against the New Orleans Pelicans.
George has been out from his surgery on his rotator cuff to repair a partially torn tendon in his right shoulder. During this crazy summer of free agency and trades, the Clippers traded for George in July, expecting that he would miss all training camp but could play for the beginning of the season.
The 29-year-old was a finalist for both the NBA MVP and Defensive Player of the Year last year and will finally join another one of the best defensive players in the league, Kawhi Leonard.
