(Dallas, TX) — Authorities are investigating an off-duty Trenton police officer who fired his weapon at a Hope Depot Friday morning.
A suspect was fleeing the store when a off-duty officer tried to detain him.
According to the officer, the suspect got into the passenger side of a car as the driver exited, causing the officer to fire a single shot.
It is unclear if the bullet hit the suspect who at this point is still at large.
