Uber is preparing to bring driverless ride-share services to Dallas.
The company says two of its autonomous SUVs will start mapping downtown Dallas next month in anticipation of bringing self-driving cars to the city.
An Uber spokesman says several months of mapping will be needed before an autonomous service is started in the city.
Dallas will be the fourth market where Uber will offer self-driving technology.
Uber’s autonomous cars are already on the streets of San Francisco, Pittsburgh, and Toronto.
