Amber Guyger is now in prison, starting her ten-year sentence for the fatal shooting of her neighbor Botham Jean.
Guyger is in the Mountain View Unit in Gatesville, between Waco and Temple.
She was convicted and sentenced last week for the murder of the unarmed man in his own apartment just over a year ago.
Guyger said she accidentally entered Jean’s apartment and thought he was an intruder when she shot him.
