A man is pleading not guilty in connection with the kidnapping a Fort Worth girl.
Michael Webb surprised a federal courtroom by entering the plea today because he was originally expected to admit to charges.
Prosecutors say Webb did not have a plea agreement and has another court hearing set for next week. He was arrested in May after police say he abducted the girl while she was walking with her mom.
