Lubbock Police are investigating after one person was injured in a shooting overnight on Wednesday.
Police responded to the 6100 block of Avenue S just before 12:30 a.m., but they weren’t able to confirm the actual location of the shooting.
An EverythingLubbock.com crew at the scene reported seeing officers in the 6500 block of Sherman nearby as well.
LPD said one victim was taken to University Medical Center for treatment.
