Dallas, TX — A Dallas County grand jury is now hearing testimony in the killing of Botham Jean.
Jean was shot to death in September by now former Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger, who claims she accidentally went to the wrong apartment instead of her own.
Guyger is accused of manslaughter, but the grand jury will have the final say on what charges she could face.
