Texas Makes Top Ten On Worst Drivers List

(Austin, TX) — A new study names Texas as one of the top ten states for worst drivers.

The study by personal finance site SmartAsset measures the number of insured or underinsured drivers, DWIs, average deaths per mile driven, and the frequency of Google searches for the term traffic ticket.

Texas is tied with New Mexico for the number-five spot, while Mississippi tops the list at number one.
