(Santa Fe, TX) — The teen suspect in the shooting at Santa Fe High School is now under indictment.
A grand jury on Thursday formally indicted 17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis for the fatal shootings of eight students and two teachers on May 18th.
Galveston County prosecutors say Pagourtzis faces charges of capital murder.
Investigators say he admitted to the deadly shooting spree.
