(San Antonio, TX) — Charges have yet to be filed against two suspects in the theft of a shark from the San Antonio Aquarium on Saturday.
Officers arrested a third suspect, 38-year-old Anthony Shannon of San Antonio, on Monday night, and the shark has been returned.
Shannon bonded out on Tuesday.
Police say the other two suspects, a man and a woman, have been identified and have admitted playing a part in the theft, but they haven’t been charged yet.
