(San Antonio, TX) — It’s not clear whether military police caught the suspect who prompted a lockdown at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis on Tuesday.
The post lifted the lockdown in the afternoon, but advised drivers in the area not to pick up any hitchhikers.
The base went on lockdown after the San Antonio police chased a car burglary suspect onto the grounds from nearby Shady Lane.
The suspect entered Camp Bullis by climbing a fence.
