(Dallas, TX) — Dallas tops the list of the most mosquito-infested cities in the nation.
Four Texas cities are in the top 20, with Dallas-Fort Worth in the number-one spot for the second year in a row.
Houston is next at number four, followed by San Antonio in 12th place, and Austin in 20th.
The list was compiled from data concerning Terminix services rendered in 2017 and 2018.
The World Health Organization says the mosquito is the world’s deadliest animal because it spreads diseases such as West Nile and malaria.
