(Austin, TX) — A number of UT fans are grumbling about what looks like a change in the team’s burnt orange uniforms.
Images from the Longhorns’ annual photo shoot last week appear to show uniforms that are a brighter orange than the shade the team has been wearing since 1925.
Some disgruntled fans and alums have taken to social media with a hashtag called Make Burnt Orange Great Again.
A school athletic official says relax – the uniforms in the photos posted to Twitter only look like they’re a brighter shade of orange because of a camera filter.
