(San Antonio, TX) — An Uber driver is accused of raping a passenger who called for a ride home after having too much to drink at a bar on the Northeast Side.
Police say 32-year-old Jacobo Gutierrez picked up the intoxicated woman at Slackers Sports Bar on Nacogdoches Road on Saturday night.
The victim says Gutierrez pulled over and molested her on the way to her address, then followed her into her apartment and assaulted her.
Police say Gutierrez left his cell phone in the victim’s apartment.
