(San Marcos, TX) — A press conference is scheduled for today concerning the investigation of a deadly fire at a student apartment complex in San Marcos.
The fire broke out early Friday morning at the Iconic Village Apartments, with most of the residents being students at Texas State University.
Investigators found three bodies at the scene on Sunday morning, and two residents are still missing.
Seven people were injured, and nearly 200 are displaced.
