(Dallas, TX) — International passenger and cargo traffic at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is steadily increasing in recent years.
DFW Airport officials say they expect nine-million international travelers among the airport’s 73-million customers this year.
The airport has added eight international destinations since 2012, bringing the total to 57.
DFW added international airlines from Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Iceland, Japan, Mexico, and Australia, among others.
Since 2012, DFW has also added eight international cargo freighters.
