Police say three-year-old Raymond Pryer was left inside the van at Discovering Me Academy on Antoine Drive at West Gulf Bank for several hours last Thursday afternoon.
The staff didn’t notice the boy wasn’t in the building until his father came to pick him up.
The child was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly before 8 p.m.
