(Robstown, TX) — Police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide that killed five people in Robstown, near Corpus Christi.
Police responded to a shooting at a nursing home Friday evening and found three people shot to death.
They’ve been identified as 60-year-old Richard Starry, the shooter; his stepmother, Thelma Montalvo; and his 85-year-old father Ernest Starry.
At the elderly couple’s home nearby, two more people were found shot dead.
They’re identified as Montalvo’s 41-year-old son and the couple’s adopted 13-year-old son.
No word on a motive.
