(San Antonio, TX) — It turns out you can’t go to HEB and buy a Whataburger flavor of Blue Bell Ice Cream.
A Facebook post that looked like an ad for a Blue Bell creation inspired by Whataburger’s Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits had a lot of people fooled over the weekend.
Blue Bell, based in Brenham, and Whataburger and HEB, both based in San Antonio, say they appreciate the interest customers showed on social media, but there are no plans to make or sell the product.
