Texas First Lady Cecilia Abbott is spending time in the Rio Grande Valley. Abbott visited Harlingen today for their Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast, where she discussed Texas being one family, and how the state’s strength was tested during Harvey last year. She says it’s important to find strength of family in Christ in everyday lives. She also praised Texas for leading the nation in jobs created by businesses owned by Hispanic women.
