Smoking Ban Vote From Fort Worth City Council

(Fort Worth, TX) — Fort Worth City Council votes tonight on a proposed smoking ban. Smoking would be prohibited in bars and restaurants, and the ordinance would limit where smoke shops could legally be located in the city. The council will meet in a special session this afternoon to hear a briefing on the proposed ban. Fort Worth is the only city in Tarrant County that hasn’t banned smoking in public places.
