(Washington, DC) — Seven words are being banned from use on any official document related to budget planning at the nation’s top public health agency. This week, the Trump Administration told the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention they are not allowed to use “vulnerable,” “entitlement,” “diversity,” “transgender,” “fetus,” “evidence-based” and “science-based” on any document. The CDC is not saying why the words are being banned.
