New York First Measurable Snowfall Of The Season

(New York, NY) — Dreamy snow drifting down Saturday made New York City look like a snow globe. An inch or more of snow was recorded across much of the tri-state by evening, including nearly two inches in Central Park. The highest total so far was in New Canaan, Connecticut, where five inches of snow had piled up by 5:00 p.m. Officials are warning that cold, icy weather could make for difficult driving conditions overnight.
