J.J. Watt To Be Nominated NFL Man Of The Year

(Houston, TX) — Texans defensive end J.J. Watt is a nominee for the honor of Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year. Watt helped raise 37-million-dollars for victims of Hurricane Harvey. The NFL established the award in 1970 and added the late Chicago Bears running back’s name in 1999. Watt was nominated for the award Thursday night and is considered a front-runner for the honor. The winner will be named the night before the Super Bowl.
