(Houston, TX) — Houston police are asking for help in identifying a dead woman. The woman’s partially-clothed body was discovered early this morning on Brooklet near Bissonnet. Police say she didn’t have any identification on her, but has multiple tattoos, including one which says “Black Candy” on the left ankle. Officers do believe foul play was involved in the woman’s death.
