(Burbank, CA) — Discussions are once again reportedly getting serious between The Walt Disney Company and 21st Century Fox.
Multiple media outlets reported over the weekend the talks could result in Disney taking ownership of 20th Century Fox studios, the FX Networks and the National Geographic cable group.
The company formerly known as News Corporation also held discussions recently with Comcast, which owns Universal Pictures and NBC. Comcast is reportedly still interested in pursuing a potential deal, but isn’t commenting.
