(New Braunfels, TX) — Wurstfest gets underway this weekend in New Braunfels. The 10-day festival is an annual Texas Hill Country tradition that celebrates German culture with music, food, games, and plenty of beer. As its name indicates, Wurstfest started in 1961 as a festival in honor of sausage. The festival runs from November 3rd through the 12th.
