(San Antonio, TX) — San Antonio police are investigating the discovery of a body near a West Side construction site. Officers say workers found the man this morning on the Loop 410 service road near Westshire. They believe the man, described as Hispanic and in his 40s, was hit by a vehicle while walking across the access road near the Marbach Road exit.
