(Palm Beach, FL) — President Trump says he passed on being named Time magazine’s “Person of the Year.”
Trump tweeted yesterday, “Time Magazine called to say I was PROBABLY going to be named “Man (Person) of the Year” like last year, but I would have to agree to an interview and a major photo shoot.”
He added, “I said probably is no good and took a pass. Thanks anyway!” Time responded with a tweet saying the President is incorrect about how it chooses its Person of the Year.
