(San Antonio, TX) — A bilingual children’s book about the life of Tejano queen Selena Quintanilla is one of Amazon’s best-selling books in Spanish, and it’s not even available yet.
The book, co-written by Patty Rodriguez, Ariana Stein and Citlali Reyes, is to be released in March. Its pre-orders currently have the book ranked second in Spanish-language books and first in Spanish-language children’s books.
Its toughest competition is from a Spanish translation of “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.”
