(San Antonio, TX) — A San Antonio man is under arrest in connection with the 2015 shooting death of his business partner.
Officers took David Gomez into custody today without incident after he was indicted by a grand jury.
Gomez never denied shooting Isaac Flores to death inside a car repair shop, but claimed it was self-defense. Police say the DA found issues with the story. It isn’t known what charges Gomez is facing.
