San Antonio As Must-See Vacation Spot By National Geographic

(San Antonio, TX) — San Antonio is on the short list of the world’s go-to destinations in 2018, according to National Geographic Traveler. The city already attracts more than 34-million visitors annually and will be celebrating its 300th birthday all through next year. Casandra Matej, president and CEO of Visit San Antonio, calls the Geographic’s designation an incredible honor. San Antonio has also been honored twice by UNESCO, first as home to the only World Heritage Site in Texas, and also as a Creative City of Gastronomy, or foodie heaven.
