Prisoner Accused Of Running Prostitution Ring While Behind Bars

(San Antonio, TX) — A man already behind bars in San Antonio is now accused of running a prostitution ring. An arrest affidavit says Martin Herrera used a cell phone he smuggled into prison to send orders to prostitutes on the West Side. He’s also accused of telling women to keep working, and to stay motivated. San Antonio police have not said how they were able to bust up the operation.
