Passage Of Bond Issue For Fort Worth ISD

(Fort Worth, TX)  —  Fort Worth voters are being asked to approve a 750-million-dollar bond package on Tuesday for the sake of the schools. The bond issue would be the largest in the history of Tarrant County. Voters passed school bond issues in 2007 and 2013 by overwhelming margins. The Fort Worth ISD says it’s not too soon for another bond proposal that it describes as crucial to keep improving the schools and student performance.
