(Houston, TX) — Houston police are confirming the arrest in San Antonio of a man charged with a murder in south Houston.
The suspect, identified as 32-year-old Jamie West, was charged with murder last month for the shooting death of 30-year-old Derrick Moore in September. The victim was shot several times after a dispute among some residents of a neighborhood near MLK and Reed Road. The argument was over where a car was parked in the street.
A U.S. Marshals Service task force arrested West in San Antonio on Monday.
