Tens of thousands of people will be getting dressed up for the annual West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval.
Last year around half a million people descended on the town and organizers are telling people to arrive early. Police have been busy setting up barriers, blocking off streets and doing bomb sweeps to try and keep people safe.
