(Houston, TX) — A prominent Texas personal injury lawyer is suing the Mandalay Bay resort in Las Vegas over the recent shooting massacre.
News Radio 1200 WOAI reports the lawsuit was filed by Houston attorney Mo Aziz. The lawsuit is the first to name the hotel and the estate of gunman Stephen Paddock as defendants.
It was filed on behalf of a California college student who was wounded in the shooting, which killed 59 and injured hundreds.
