Sources: Suspect In Lower Manhattan Yelled “Allahu Akbar” 

(New York, NY)  —  A bloody crash that killed several people in Lower Manhattan is being investigated as a possible terror attack.

Sources tell NBC the suspect in the incident yelled “Allahu Akbar” after crashing his truck into several people on a bike path.

Video of the scene shows a man running in the street with what looks to be a pistol in each hand. The suspect was shot by police and is in custody. Crime scene investigators are on the scene checking out the vehicle. The NYPD is due to hold a media briefing at 5:15 p.m. Eastern.
