(Undated) — North Korea’s foreign minister accuses President Trump of lighting the “wick of war” and says his country is ready to respond with a “hail of fire.”
Reuters is reporting on an interview between the North’s top diplomat and Russia’s TASS news agency.
Ri Yong Ho said the U.S. and North Korea have a final score to settle that cannot be done with words. He also called President Trump’s September comments about North Korea “insane.” Trump spoke harshly about the North in a speech to the UN General Assembly. 
Fox news reported that “Trump slammed more than two decades of U.S. policy toward North Korea on Twitter on Monday, saying past action to quell the crisis “didn’t work.” “Our country has been unsuccessfully dealing with North Korea for 25 years, giving billions of dollars & getting nothing. Policy didn’t work!” Trump tweeted.
